Requirements

  • Internet (10+ Mbps)
  • IPTV subscription
  • App: IPTV Smarters Pro or VLC

    Download IPTV Smarters

    Microsoft Store, or VLC from videolan.org.

    Install

    Install the downloaded app.

    Add playlist

    VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste M3U URL. Or IPTV Smarters Pro with Xtream Codes API.

Troubleshooting

VLC shows nothing?

Check the M3U URL, allow VLC through the firewall, update VLC.

Buffering on PC?

Close bandwidth-heavy programs, use Ethernet, increase VLC network caching.
